At the grocery store, grapefruit caught my attention - it had been long since I put sb600 flash to use. The setup was camera - fruit - white shoot though - flash. The flash being behind the fruit, was difficult to get any light on my hand (towards camera), so had to add some reflectors and slow the shutter for ambient light (hence the blurred hands).
